This project shows how to assemble our Neapolitan brick pizza oven kit - a DIY kit made from bricks as opposed to traditional cement.

The dome comes in 4 pieces, the floor in 5. Place mineral board under the floor, mortar the dome together, cover with insulation, and veneer (stucco, flagstone, bricks, etc)  and enjoy 90 sec pizzas!
